My Dad started playing Putt-Putt and golf with me when I was 7 years old. He loved the game and told me in order to be a good golfer, you must practice and play on the course.

I have learned through many years of playing professional golf that in order to be a really good player, you must understand the fundamentals of the full swing, short game and putting. I want to use all my knowledge and experience in these areas to help you shoot lower scores and have more fun on the golf course.

My name is Deac Dawson and I am the PGA Teaching Professional at Skybrook Golf Club in Huntersville, NC. I have 30 years experience teaching and playing professionally. I am also an Operation 36 Certified Coach, as well as a US Kids Top 50 coach.

My wife Judy and I are blessed to have 2 sons, Dylan and Nick. They both followed in my footsteps to become PGA professionals. They both love to play because we spent a lot of time on the golf course.
